- We understand that leg and feet sizes differ, and try our best to make the perfect fit. We include a pair of insoles in every Chalo package. These can be used for an added layer of cushioning or a snugger fit.

- Our products are produced in small batches and we maintain a limited inventory to avoid overproduction. Trims and discarded pieces from the making process are used in other small or upcycled products.
